Shelley is a 50 year old wife and mother of four teenagers. Shelley works in education and mental health, and volunteers as board member of Lipoedema Australia. Hearing of Lipedema at 48 years of age, she was stunned that after endless appointments with doctors and health care professionals, noone had mentioned Lipoedema to her. Knowing that education and advocacy in this area was lacking, The Lipoedema Podcast was born.

Tiana is a 38-year-old wife and mother of three girls. She comes from a performing arts background but is now working in the public service as an Executive Manager. Tiana is living with lymphoedema and stage 2 Lipedema in her arms and legs and is passionate about spreading awareness and sharing her journey through her instagram page @me_and_my_Lipoedema
